Check in begins at 8:30 AM
Hitting, Pitching, Infield, Outfield, Speed & Agility, Strength Workout, and a Mental Performance Session
Bring a snack, water, and your baseball gear with you! Lunch will be provided(no vegan or GF options)
Shorts and athletic shoes preferred, baseball pants and cleats are not needed
